Our California spin on an Italian classic replaces sweet vermouth with fresh pomegranate juice,
creating a cocktail that’s a touch lighter and brighter!

● 1 oz gin
● 1 oz Campari
● 1 oz fresh pomegranate juice
● Orange peel, for garnish
● Pomegranate arils, for garnish
Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Pour the gin, Campari, and pomegranate juice over the
ice, and stir to combine. Garnish with the orange peel and a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate arils!
