Pomegranate Morning Shake

Ingredients
Ingredients 1 cup pomegranate juice
¾ cup vanilla soymilk or low-fat milk
1 large banana, peeled and cut into large pieces
2 tablespoons slivered or sliced almonds
2 to 4 tablespoons protein powder
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Ice, as desired
This protein-packed shake combines creamy banana with tangy pomegranate juice. Almonds and protein powder help make it a filling breakfast or a snack to fuel your day.
Instructions
Add the pomegranate juice, soymilk, banana, almonds, protein powder, and honey to the pitcher of a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add ice to reach your
desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
Pour the shake into glasses and serve right away.
