Easy Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients
1 ½ cups pomegranate arils (about 2 medium pomegranates)
½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped, jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
This simple salsa makes a quick snack with tortilla chips, or it can be served over grilled fish to create a healthy meal. If you prefer a milder version swap green bell pepper for the jalapeno. This salsa is best served soon after you stir together the ingredients.
Instructions
