Pom Mimosa

1/2 oz. pomegranate juice

1 glass of dry champagne

1/2 oz. Cointreau® garnish with pomegranate arils

 

Pour champagne into a champagne flute. Add pomegranate juice, and float the Cointreau® on top. Toss in a few pomegranate arils for garnish.
