The Pomegranate Council chose the "Wonderful Month of November" to share the many benefits of California pomegranates in Japan. Hundreds of Japanese publications showcased a two day cooking seminar for the Eastern Japanese Culinary Associationation. There are 198 cooking schools in the association, and the chairman is Dr. Hittari - the most respected cooking specialist in Japan.
